CDPProfile Attributes

Profile Attributes

Profile attributes are ready-to-use customer facts shown on a customer profile and available for audience rules.

They help marketing teams answer practical questions without rebuilding the same logic in every campaign:

  • when was this customer last active?
  • how much has this customer spent?
  • how many purchases has this customer made?
  • can this customer be reached by email, SMS, push, or Telegram?
  • how many messages did this customer receive or open recently?

Why Attributes Matter

Attributes make customer data easier to use.

Instead of asking someone to check raw event history or export spreadsheets, a marketer can use a clear profile fact directly in a segment.

Examples:

  • customers with at least 3 purchases
  • customers whose last purchase was more than 30 days ago
  • customers with an email channel available
  • customers who received messages recently but did not open them

Where Attributes Come From

ResultFly keeps attributes up to date from the customer profile, communication channels, consent state, and customer activity history.

For example:

  • total spend can grow when purchase activity is received
  • last purchase can update after a completed purchase
  • channel attributes can update when communication channels change
  • recent communication attributes can update as messages are delivered and opened

The exact list is managed by ResultFly so teams can use the same meaning consistently in profiles, segments, and exports.

Current Examples

Common attributes include:

  • last activity
  • last purchase
  • purchase count
  • total spend
  • email, SMS, push, and Telegram channel availability
  • messages received in the last 30 days
  • messages opened in the last 30 days
  • open rate in the last 30 days
  • last abandoned cart
  • last loyalty status change
